Erika Kirk talks ‘overwhelming evidence’ at Tyler Robinson hearing; Candace Owens slams ‘non-existent case’
Erica Kirk and Candace Owens They spoke after “devastating” evidence, including DNA on the rifle and a confession text, suggested Taylor Robinson should stand trial for the murder of Charlie Kirk. That’s what prosecutors said in court this week as the defense team tried to find holes in the case.
After the trial, Erica released a statement on X on behalf of the Kirk family, while Candace slammed the case against Robinson as “non-existent.”

Prosecutors previously revealed Lance TwiggsRobinson’s roommate and romantic partner, was granted immunity in exchange for giving investigators a recorded video statement about the case.
Charlie, 31, was allegedly shot and killed by Robinson on September 10, 2025, while attending a campus event in Utah. According to a statement from Utah Valley University (UVU), the shooting occurred around 12:20 pm local time during a student Q&A event at UVU in Orem.
