Brian Atlas raises debate offer to $60,000
Brian Atlas, host of the Whatever Podcast first announced the challenge, writing: “Offering $50,000 to Candace Owens Debate with Andrew Wilson on my podcast. Happy to discuss terms, bring in additional hosts, etc. “
The debate proposal comes after months of public exchanges between Owens and Wilson over Owens’ comments about the death of Charlie Kirk. Wilson repeatedly asked Owens to defend her claims during live discussions and said he was willing to debate the issue publicly.
The challenge gained more attention when Atlas made a cash offer and said he was willing to discuss the event’s format, hosts and other terms.
The quote was later raised to $60,000, with an additional $10,000 added to bring the two reviewers together for a public discussion.
So far, Owens has not responded publicly to the updated offer. Her silence has become part of the conversation, with supporters and critics debating whether she should participate in live debates on the issue.

Why does Andrew Wilson want to debate Candace Owens?
The proposed debate stems from ongoing discussions in Owens Charlie Kirkof assassination. Since Kirk was killed at Utah Valley University on Sept. 10, 2025, Owens has questioned aspects of the case and shared her perspective through videos, interviews and social media posts.
These remarks were opposed by people associated with Turning Point USA, an organization founded by Kirk. One of the most prominent critics is conservative commentator and debater Andrew Wilson, who has repeatedly challenged Owens’ arguments and called for open communication.
Owens’ supporters say the issues she raises deserve further scrutiny. Critics argue that some of her claims are not supported by sufficient evidence and should be tested in a structured debate environment.
The dispute has become the focus of attention conservative media circle. For now, the $60,000 offer is still valid, and Wilson has expressed a willingness to participate. The focus is now on whether Owens will decide to respond.
