US Navy MH 60 helicopter crashes into Arabian Sea during “emergency” water landing, crew missing
MH-60S Seahawk helicopter, equipped U.S. Navy fall arabian sea Wednesday during an emergency ditching, the U.S. military said in a statement.

The incident was not the result of hostile action against the helicopter, which is currently attached to the George H.W. Bush Nimitz-class aircraft carrier. A statement from the U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet stated that the incident occurred at 3:30 a.m. Eastern Time on July 1.
The Navy said the helicopter had a crew of four, three of whom were injured but one is still missing. No details of the missing crew members were released.
“U.S. Navy assets in the area are currently searching for other crew members who are still missing,” the statement read. “The cause of the incident is under investigation.”
