one Georgia A man who allegedly killed a woman died of a heart attack while fooling around with his victim’s body. Daniel Robbins, 44, was charged with alabamaauthorities said, according to the New York Post.

According to the Guardian, Foltz is Robbins’ girlfriend. On June 10, Robbins’ body was found next to Foltz’s body in Chambers County, Alabama, about 125 miles from his home in Macon, Georgia.
The investigation and autopsy revealed that “the female victim was strangled and the male appeared to be attempting to dump the body in a remote location,” District Attorney Mike Segrest told Al.com.
“He died of a heart attack while doing it,” Segreste said. “Their bodies were together.”
Who is Daniel Robbins?
In the obituary, Robbins was described as “a country boy who loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, and had a deep passion for racing.” He has a daughter whose age is unknown.
Foltz’s murder was reportedly due to family dispute. It’s unclear where the strangulation occurred.
The body was found a few miles from where Foltz lived, the New York Post reported. A passerby noticed Robbins’ pickup truck parked on a dirt road near County Road 86, and police were called and discovered the two bodies. The truck was in motion with the driver’s side door open and there were drag marks in the dirt on the truck’s tailgate.
Deputies found the body in nearby woods. The body was then sent to the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences for an autopsy.
Folding is the mother of three adult sons. She was described in her obituary as “touching the lives of many with her heart of gold, deep love for everyone and smile that lit up the world.”
