The letter also claimed that the device contained images of both parties involved, along with their names, addresses and ages, meaning two alleged kidnappers were responsible.
TMZ revealed that the latest message originated from the same email address previously used to send ransom letters related to the case.
The new newsletter also mentions the previous Bitcoin wallet while providing alternative cryptocurrency addresses.
At this time, none of the recent claims have been publicly confirmed by investigators.

Earlier this week, information about one of the alleged ransom notes was made public. CNN and NBC News reported that Nancy died unexpectedly shortly after being kidnapped.
The note allegedly expressed condolences over her death but did not apologize or demand payment in exchange for the return of her body.
The communication follows a previous ransom request, demanding millions of dollars in Bitcoin in exchange for Nancy’s safe return.
KOLD News anchor Mary Coleman previously described the earlier note as containing “concerning” details before it was turned over to investigators.
Authorities have not verified the authenticity of the message and Nancy’s location remains unknown.
As the investigation approaches five months, no arrests have been made and no suspects have been named.
