Luke Bryan-Jason Aldean Lawsuit: Country music star and Adam LaRoche sue for $1.4 million after closing Nashville steakhouse
A real estate company is taking legal action against country music artist Jason Aldean Luke Bryanand former MLB player Adam LaRoche, due to their nashville Steakhouse.

The steakhouse, located in the city’s Hillsborough Village area, opened in 2019 and is one of only two in the country. The second store, co-owned by LaRoche and his brothers Jeff and Andy, is located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and opened in 2013.

Village 21 Investment Partners LLC is seeking more than $1.4 million in damages, claiming the closure violates its lease agreement, as stated in a lawsuit filed in 2017. davidson County Circuit Court.
The trio had operated a restaurant called E3 Chophouse but “stopped paying monthly rent and abruptly closed the restaurant” in February, the complaint said.
“Nashville — We are on hold,” the Nashville E3 Chophouse website said Tuesday. “We are temporarily pausing operations to evaluate Nashville’s next steps. Our team is evaluating market opportunities and exploring potential rebranding and reconceptualization strategies for the region going forward.”
Laroche and Luke Bryan’s friendship
LaRoche is a professional baseball first baseman who spent 12 seasons in his Major League Baseball (MLB) career. He played for several teams during his career, including the Atlanta Braves, Pittsburgh Pirates, Boston Red Sox, Arizona Diamondbacks, Washington Nationals and Chicago White Sox.
LaRoche struck up a friendship with Bryan after attending one of his music shows in Atlanta more than two decades ago, The Tennessean, a unit of the USA TODAY Network, previously reported. Later, LaRoche introduced himself to Aldean after Aldean sang the national anthem at an Atlanta Braves game, and they eventually became hunting buddies, he said.
A hearing in the civil case is scheduled for Friday, June 26, according to online court records.
