Sedona Pocket Fire update: Vast swaths of Arizona vegetation on fire; check maps, evacuation plans — scary video emerges

Please obey all local fire restrictions, avoid spark-generating activities, put out cigarettes properly, never leave campfires unattended, and think twice before parking in hay or using equipment that may ignite vegetation. One spark can change everything.”

A local channel also shared a video indicating that evacuations were taking place in the Juniping area of Oak Creek Canyon.
Another person shared a photo of the road where the fire could be seen from a distance.
“On the way to a show at the Sedona Hilton,” they wrote. Others shared more photos. “There’s a fire in Sedona,” someone commented.
