Heather McComb announces her happy marriage just three months after her ex-spouse’s death James Van Der Beek.

The 49-year-old actress married actor Scott Michael Campbell over the weekend in a private ceremony in Missoula, Montana, with family and close friends in attendance.

In the heartfelt message shared InstagramHeather revealed the delightful news alongside a slideshow of photos capturing the moments of their special day.
“Yesterday, @scottmichaelcampbell and I were officially married in God’s covenant with my beautiful sister, Essence Atkins, in our favorite city, Missoula, surrounded by the people we love most Montana,” she mentioned.

“Our hearts are filled and humbled by the love around us. God is so good,” Heather McComb continued.
“Thank you to all our family and friends who came from all over the country to be with us. Thank you Jesus, the miracle worker!”
The newlyweds also expressed their gratitude to all those who contributed to making the celebrations so memorable.
“You guys made this weekend so special, a truly magical weekend that we will never forget,” she said. “We sit here counting our many blessings. Thank you to everyone who made it so special!”
James Van Der Beek sadly passes away
The celebration comes just three months after his tragic death James Van Der BeekThe star of “Dawson’s Creek” passed away on February 11 from stage 3 colorectal cancer at the age of 48.
Heather and James were married from 2003 until their divorce in 2010, and remained on friendly terms in the years that followed.
Following James’ death, Heather took to social media to express her heartfelt condolences to her ex-husband, saying she was “heartbroken over the loss of my beloved James.”
She further said she was “especially heartbroken” for his wife, Kimberly, and their six children.
