A shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego on Monday was reported, with helicopter footage showing at least one person wearing a tactical vest appearing to be shot. Minutes after the initial call of the shooting, hundreds of police cars lined up outside the center. A primary school next to the Islamic center was also evacuated by police, as were the adults inside the centre. We currently have extensive resources on scene. The Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (@Cal_OES) is coordinating with local law enforcement.
