Publicly available professional information shows that Baird-Green is currently an attorney with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, serving in the Tucson branch.

He previously served as chief deputy prosecutor for the Pima County Prosecutor’s Office and was sworn in around early 2022, according to his LinkedIn profile.

There has been no official statement naming Greene as a suspect in the Nancy Guthrie case. Law enforcement agencies have not announced any charges or charges against him, and online claims that he is linked to properties targeted by SWAT remain unsubstantiated.
