New Delhi: With the U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio Ambassador Sergio Gore said on Wednesday they were all set to visit India this month and he looked forward to welcoming his “good friends” to the country. Rubio said the United States attaches great importance to its growing partnership with India and is pleased to build a stronger relationship that will benefit both countries and the world.Rubio is likely to arrive in Delhi on May 24 for a two-day visit. Apart from holding bilateral talks with Jaishankar, he is also expected to attend the Quad foreign ministers’ meeting. This is his first visit to India since taking office last year.Gore said on These include 12 Indian companies that announced investments of $1.1 billion on Wednesday. He said these partnerships are creating jobs and building stronger supply chains in the United States.
