‘No longer willing to allow pedophiles, rapists…’: What Trump diner shooting suspect said in ‘manifesto’
The suspect arrested in connection with a shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner allegedly issued an anti-Trump manifesto, which he sent to his family minutes before the shooting at the dinner.
According to the New York Post, the manifesto stated that he would only target government officials led by US President Trump.
“I am no longer willing to let a pedophile, rapist, and traitor cover up his crimes at my hands,” the shooter, Cole Allen, allegedly wrote in a manifesto published by the New York Post. The sentence structure of the manifesto does not make it clear that Trump is the shooter to whom these words refer.
However, Trump faces accusations about his relationship with the late Jeffrey EpsteinThe convicted pedophile committed suicide in prison in 2019. The “Epstein dossier” related to his actions and crimes was recently released, and sometimes mentions Trump as his guest.

It is unclear whether this incident is directly related to the shooting.

Allen said in the declaration that “all (Trump) administration officials, excluding mr patel…are goals, prioritized from highest to lowest. He added that the Secret Service would be targeted “only if necessary” and “if possible, fatally incapacitated.”
According to the New York Post, he further stated in his declaration that hotel security, Capitol Police, National Guard, hotel employees and guests “are not targets at all.” Allen also talked about shotgun shells, saying he would use “buck pellets instead of bullets” to minimize casualties.
