Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Saturday inaugurated ‘Aditya’, a purpose-built high-speed rail manufacturing complex located at BEML Limited’s Tippasandra campus in Bengaluru. The plant is designed to produce B-28 train sets, which are the backbone of India’s indigenous high-speed program.
