Video on social media showed people at the scene trying to separate the two women before the accident. The Metropolitan Police said a 50-year-old man also suffered life-threatening injuries when he just started an electric scooter in the area.
According to reports, one victim at the scene suffered minor injuries, and police have ruled out that the incident was related to terrorists.
Charges against Carrington
The Crown Prosecution Service laid serious charges against Carrington, including attempted murder, intentional grievous bodily harm, actual bodily harm, dangerous driving and drink driving.
