Creator Ethan Klein has announced plans to take legal action against YouTuber Noah Samsen, accusing him of defamation after he was labeled a “genocide supporter” in the latter’s controversial video.
The controversy stems from a video Samson posted titled “Pro-Genocide YouTubers,” in which he criticized comments about genocide by several internet celebrities, including Klein. geopolitical issues.

Klein criticized the video and claimed it was a outrageous allegation. Of the video, he said: “I haven’t talked about my dear friend Noah Samson in a while, and he likes to accuse me of supporting genocide. He thinks it’s cute. He thinks it’s funny to throw out such outrageous accusations. Right? ‘This guy supports genocide.’ In fact, he even has a video called YouTube user Supporting genocide, I am a part of it. And, you know, this is the world we live in. ” The H3 Podcast host announced this on episode 255 of the H3 show titled “I Sue Noah Samson.” The host claimed that Samson failed to provide evidence to support his accusations, which ranged from criticism to defamation.
He said he filed the case against Samson “about a day ahead of the law.” He elaborated on his reasoning, “On the day or the day before the statute was due to expire, we received a small complaint for defamation, accusing me of supporting genocide, of supporting genocide. That’s a terrible thing to say to someone, by the way. I would say it’s probably even one of the worst things of all the things you can say to someone.”

Addressing the situation, Klein said he “fulfilled the promise he made” by suing Samson in California last year.
