New Delhi: Another incident that happened during election campaign of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) chief VijayThe actor-politician met with a biker during his road show in Sivaganga, Tamil Nadu, on Friday when he met with an accident.The incident was caught on camera.Video shared by news agency ANI shows a group of young men on bicycles riding behind a van trying to take a selfie, but one of the riders gets into an accident.Further details are pending.In September last year, at least 41 people were killed in a stampede at a Vijay rally in Karur, Tamil Nadu. The Supreme Court handed over the investigation of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) set up by the Madras High Court to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which is currently investigating the case.The Tamil superstar, popularly known as “Thalapathy” (leader), founded TVK in February 2024. The party made its debut in Thursday’s Puducherry Assembly elections, contesting 28 of the 30 seats and allotting two constituencies to its ally Neyam Makkal Kazhagam.However, its main focus remains Tamil Nadu, where the party is contesting all 234 seats. Vijay himself is also contesting from Tiruchi East and Perampur constituencies.The southern state will vote on April 23, with counting scheduled for May 4.
