NBC News first reported the development, which has seen little apparent progress in the past 10 days.

GuthrieThe 84-year-old was reportedly taken from her home in Tucson, Arizona, against her will. However, so far, no suspects have been identified in her disappearance.

On Friday, investigators obtained footage from Circle K, about seven miles from Guthrie’s residence.

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos has previously confirmed that blood found on Nancy’s porch matched her DNA.

Savannah, siblings seek public help

Savannah, 54, with Annie and their brother Cameron GuthrieAfter repeated appeals for her mother’s safe return, law enforcement suspected her mother had been kidnapped. The Today anchor shared a video on her Instagram on Monday, February 9, expressing “some thoughts as we enter another nightmare week.”

“I just want to say, first of all, thank you so much for everyone’s prayers and the love that we feel – my sister, my brother and I. Our mom feels it too,” the “Today” co-host said. “Because we believe that somehow she felt these prayers and God lifted her up in this moment, in this darkest place.”

“We believe our mom is still out there,” she continued. “We need your help. Law enforcement is working tirelessly around the clock to try to bring her home, to try to find her. She was taken from us and we don’t know where. We need your help.”

Meanwhile, authorities continue to investigate the ransom note. One copy was sent to two news organizations last week. Another case emerged on Monday allegedly seeking $6 million, with a payment deadline of Monday.

The FBI has announced a $50,000 reward for any information that helps solve the case.
