Although both are married, they made headlines for their public displays of affection. On April 7, Page Six published exclusive photos of Russini, 43, and Vrabel, 50, who were spotted together at a luxury resort in Sedona, Arizona. Their behavior and intimacy in the photos sparked widespread discussion among the NFL community and fans.

Russini and Vrabel The two are shown interacting closely at the Ambiente luxury resort in Sedona, Arizona. The photos, said to have been taken on the weekend of March 28, 2026, depict the couple holding hands and embracing in their private rooftop bungalow at night. The report further describes the site as having glass walls offering sweeping views of the state’s famous red rock formations. Additionally, they were seen enjoying some leisurely time together, relaxing side by side in the hot tub and pool.
Allegedly, around 10:30 a.m. that day, Russini and Vrabel were spotted having breakfast together in the hotel’s terrace restaurant. Reports say the pair spent the entire day and into the evening together, participating in activities reminiscent of a date. The news is particularly noteworthy because they are both parents and married to different partners.
As the images went viral, both Russini and Vrabel issued statements addressing the ensuing controversy.

Both Vrabel and Russini have categorically denied the accusations of extramarital affairs. They called the rumors a misunderstanding of normal professional interactions.
Vrabel called the cheating accusations “ridiculous” and claimed the images depicted “completely innocent interactions” that didn’t require any further explanation. Responding to the speculation, he told Page Six, “These photos show a completely innocent interaction and any suggestion otherwise is laughable. It does not merit any further response.”
Russini stressed that the photos were taken out of context and did not accurately represent their entire day with the six people. She denied any speculation of a romantic outing and clarified that they were accompanied by several other people. She noted that as an NFL reporter, she often has access to sources outside of the traditional environment.
According to Page Six, Russini mentioned that she was at the hotel while hiking with two friends. A source close to Vrabel said he and the Patriots coach traveled to Sedona to spend the day and returned to the hotel after spending time with a group of Russini’s friends. What she exactly said: “These photos do not represent the Sixers hanging out during the day. Like most reporters in the NFL, reporters interact with sources outside of stadiums and other venues.”
