Did Erika Kirk send explicit text messages to a 15-year-old in 2014? “Modify” the charge surface

Turning Point USA boss Erica Kirk is no stranger to bizarre conspiracy theories and false claims since the death of her husband. Charlie Kirkmaking global headlines. Now, a series of new allegations have been leveled against the 37-year-old.

In the past 24 hours, text messages allegedly sent by Erika Kirk to a 15-year-old teen have gone viral on social media. Among the messages, Erika Kirk allegedly sent sexually explicit messages to the 15-year-old girl, sparking grooming charges against her.

The posts allege that an X account that coded as a teen in 2014 posted an exchange with Erika Kirk (then Frantzve) in which the user claimed Erika Kirk sent gifts, and also shared screenshots of an alleged text message exchange with Erika Kirk in which she allegedly made sexual references.

The posts were mined from the user’s X account, which is still active. However, Ht.com could not independently verify the authenticity of this claim.

This is an X post detailing the viral allegations.

Did Charlie Kirk write Erika in his will? fact check

Recently, another false claim about the 37-year-old related to Charlie Kirk’s will. After a parody account posted a video claiming Charlie Kirk found out Erica was allegedly cheating on him and cut her out of his will.

However, these claims are false because first, the original Facebook post was a satire, and second, there were no reports of Charlie Kirk making a will, let alone removing Erika Kirk from it.

Notably, Charlie Kirk, former CEO and founder TP AmericaOn September 10, 2025, he was shot to death by 22-year-old Tyler Robinson at Utah Valley University. Robinson has admitted to the killing and is on trial in Provo, Utah.
