70 Iranian students returned home via Armenia and Dubai today

DEHRADUN: Over 70 Indian students, mostly from J&K, who were stranded in Iran during the war, are scheduled to arrive at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport on Sunday after traveling through Armenia and Dubai, the Jammu and Kashmir Students’ Association said on Saturday. According to reports by Kajan Das, they are returning to business ties.“Indian students and pilgrims are traveling on a FlyDubai flight from Zvartnots International Airport in Yerevan, Armenia,” Nasir Khuehami, national convener of JKSA, said. He added that most of the people on board were students from Kashmir studying in different universities in Iran and said the first leg was expected to arrive in Dubai at 5 pm (local time). The passengers were scheduled to board another FlyDubai flight from Dubai to Delhi.
