Some critics said the choices seemed inconsistent with his openly socialist-leaning political views. They say his lifestyle, which includes designer clothes, raises questions about how his personal image aligns with his comments about economic inequality.

Others, however, defended Pike, noting that personal spending does not necessarily invalidate broader political positions.

Parker slammed for staying at luxury hotel

The influencer checked into a high-end hotel while on a humanitarian mission. he claimed USA The law forced him to choose this luxurious place. Some online users disputed this explanation, pointing out that there were other accommodation options.

One of the hotels he was involved in was the Gran Hotel Bristol Meliá Collection, a luxury hotel with facilities such as a rooftop pool and room rates ranging from about $130 to $520 per night, the Daily Mail reported.

The situation has sparked debate over optics, with parts of Cuba continuing to face daily power outages and food shortages. Some critics believe that wearing designer clothes in a crisis-affected area may look out of place.
