Sarinasadat Hosseiny, 25, a relative of slain Iranian general Qasem Soleimani, came under scrutiny after she was arrested by U.S. immigration authorities in Los Angeles.Husseini is the grand-niece of Soleimani, the former commander of Iran’s Quds Force, who was killed in a U.S. drone strike in 2020.Husseini entered the United States on a student visa in 2015 and subsequently obtained legal permanent residency (green card) in 2023.
