A man once arrested for stalking a singer billie eilish Hit by a train long islandThe New York Post cited officials and sources as saying. Prenell Rousseau died after being struck by a LIRR train in Westbury around 5:38 a.m. Wednesday, officials said.
Law enforcement sources said Rousseau was jogging “on or near the railroad tracks,” the outlet reported. The death appears to have been accidental.

About a hundred passengers on board had to take another LIRR train to complete their journey.
Rousseau, 30, of Farmingdale, is accused of showing up at Eilish’s home multiple times Los Angeles Coming home in 2020. The “Bad Guy” singer and her family eventually obtained a protective order against him.
Eilish said in court documents that Rousseau showed up seven times at the home she shared with her parents between May 4 and 5, exhibiting “erratic behavior.” He was later arrested for trespassing.
Rousseau reportedly rang the doorbell when she first appeared on surveillance cameras and asked the singer’s father if she lived there. Eilish’s father told him he was at the wrong home, but he insisted.

When Rousseau returned later that night, the family called private security.
“While we waited for safety, Mr. Rousseau remained on our porch, sat down and began to read a book while also continuing his periodic monologue,” Eilish said in court documents. “My father asked him to leave multiple times but he refused.”
The singer and her family were also concerned because Rousseau was shown at home five times without a mask during the COVID-19 pandemic. He even touched the doorknob and doorbell without wearing gloves.
According to court records, Eilish was granted a three-year restraining order against Rousseau.
Rousseau’s Instagram account contains strange posts, including what appears to be an illustrated version of “Eilish” and a message that reads: “No matter what, I love ub…that’s all.”
