Hotel guests told investigators they were in the hotel lobby around midnight and Spearman followed them to their rooms, according to an arrest report. Guests later found him “masturbating next to their rooms” on the sixth floor. Then they called hotel security.
When security arrived, they found Spearman “with his pants down and masturbating,” investigators wrote in the document.

He added: “The agency takes these matters with the utmost seriousness; therefore, the individual has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of this criminal matter and a full and thorough internal investigation.”
Inmate records show Spearman is being held at Turner-Guilford Knight Correctional Center and ordered to post $1,000 bail. He will appear in court again on May 27.
