Amid major controversy surrounding numerous sexual assault allegations against Democratic representatives Eric Swalwell The spouse of one of the plaintiffs, from California, issued a stern warning that any behavior by Swalwell to “disparage” his wife would result in additional legal trouble.
Adam Parkhomenko, husband of influencer Ellie Samarko, who accused Swalwell of spreading explicit material and continuing unnecessary communications, expressed his best wishes to the congressman’s family and asked him to seek assistance.
“…If Eric Swalwell or his attorney publishes a statement that disparages my wife, I will file a lawsuit against him,” Parkhomenko said in a statement on X, adding, “I have made it clear that if he believes anything I say is untrue, he should sue me immediately.”
He also warned Swalwell, a prominent Democratic gubernatorial candidate californiabeing highly cautious about his remarks and urging him to resign from Congress.

“My wife’s name is Ally_Sammarco. Obviously you know this, but she is not anonymous. She also went on record with CNN in the hope that this doesn’t happen to other women and maybe it will help other women come forward,” Parkhomenko said in a post.
“She also provided CNN with all the information you sent her… I fully support her.”
Sammarco told CNN she first contacted Swalwell via Twitter (now X) in 2021 to engage in political discussions, when she had about 1,000 followers. “I really didn’t expect him to respond – I had about 1,000 followers at the time,” she said. “He did respond.”
Parkhomenko’s public support for his wife has been widely praised on the internet, with many applauding his choice to support her in speaking out.
