Veer and Ghosh are the guys who can contribute in both areas.” Reflecting on his form, he remained calm. “As I always say, I feel good and confident, but this is T20 cricket. My mentality has been good and it was just a matter of time.” With this win, CSK remains firmly in the playoff race and Gaikwad highlighted a simple approach for the team moving forward: “Mistakes will happen but one has to make sure we come back strong and give everything for the jersey and the fans.”
