The passenger allegedly fired his weapon before the pair fled the scene.According to investigators, the suspect walked the wrong way down the street as he approached the crowd. The suspect fled the scene on a motorcycle but crashed into an oncoming vehicle two blocks away, police said.The passenger was thrown from the bike and taken to hospital, where he was later identified as a suspect and taken into custody in connection with a separate domestic incident. As of Wednesday evening, he had not been formally charged in the shooting.Authorities have launched a manhunt for a second suspect who was driving a motorcycle.Police Chief Jessica S.
