New Delhi: Veteran Communist Party of India leader R Nallakannu died on Wednesday at the age of 101, hospital authorities said.Narakanu was admitted to the intensive care unit of the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital on February 1. On Wednesday, he suffered multiple organ failure and was placed on life support. His condition worsened on Monday.“He was unable to tolerate treatment and his condition deteriorated further on Wednesday,” a news release from the hospital said.
