One person wrote: “His ankles press up against his shoes like waffles. Additionally, he has trouble walking. Notice how he lands on his right foot, but not his left. However, these are just social media theories. The White House has not released a new statement on the latest video.

According to the note, Trump was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) — a common and generally benign condition in which the veins in the legs have trouble returning blood to the heart. It is especially common in people over 70 years old.
