Jadeja came up with a ‘gun’ celebration after dismissing a CSK all-rounder.After the Rajasthan Royals win, former India cricketer Suresh Raina and JioStar panelist Anil Kumble asked Jadeja if this was a new celebration.“Jadeja, is this a new product on the market?” the expert asked.Regarding this, Jadeja said: “When I played for CSK, I used to celebrate. I think it should continue.”“Dube told me that they were thinking of hitting the spinner with the first ball. I was thinking of nothing but at the same time he was thinking that if he takes his wicket, then CSK’s middle order will be ruined. I was thinking of bowling with a positive mindset,” he said.Jadeja also recalled the exciting match against his former team, Chennai Super Kings.“I like pink. Yellow is starting to feel a bit old, but I’m just kidding. Obviously, leaving a team like CSK, where I played for 12-13 years, was a bit difficult initially. It was very emotional. But I told myself that changes like this are also part of the journey. The good thing is that I am now with the team where I won the IPL title for the first time,” Jadeja said.“That memory has always stayed with me, after the Under-19 World Cup, I started my IPL career there and won the title in my first season. I take these memories with me with a positive attitude and my goal is to learn as much as possible from my new team and share my experiences with them. ” he added.Jadeja’s influence was evident with the ball as RR put CSK down for 127 to set up a comfortable chase, with Vaibhav Sooryavanshi’s blistering knock grabbing the headlines.“The wicket is a bit sticky, so it suits my type of bowling. My job is to bowl in the right areas. When you hit the right area on a slightly supported wicket, the ball tends to catch and slow down, which feels good as a bowler. Playing on such a surface in your first match can boost your confidence as a bowler.“I originally wanted to bowl it at the stumps as I wanted to try my luck in case he wasn’t in the middle. But when he hit me for six, I quickly changed my strategy and bowled the ball outside as he would have been hitting me straight on. So, I decided to finish at the fifth-sixth stump line thinking that if he went over, he might not be able to time it well and that’s what happened. Fortunately, he didn’t get the height he wanted and it was a big wicket for us.Rajasthan Royals will take on Gujarat Titans on April 4 at the Narendra Modi Stadium.
