Streamer Tectone has been banned from YouTube for a week. The creator himself shared the news on X, explaining that he was unable to post videos or go online during this time. According to him, the reason for the ban was “Excessive swearing” in his content. This means that he violated the platform’s rules by using too many curse words in his videos or live streams.Tectone also said he was not surprised by the ban. He believes that many online platforms today are becoming “Over-disinfection” This means they are very strict about what people say. Despite his frustration, he told fans he wasn’t worried. He plans to use this time to focus on his personal life, which includes going to the gym and spending time with his fiancée and dog.
Tectone clearly shared his feelings about the situation in the post. He said, “Can’t say I didn’t see this coming, every platform was overly sanitized. They pretend you can express yourself freely, but in reality you can’t. ” He also added that he would have to change the content upon his return to avoid facing another ban. This is not the first time Tectone has faced such action. He has also been banned from Twitch for different reasons in the past. Because of this, some fans feel that he often pushes the limits of what the platform allows. Others supported him, arguing that creators should have more freedom to express themselves. For now, Tectone will be leaving YouTube for a week. However, he said he will remain active on X and continue talking to fans there. He also thanked fans for their support during this short break. It will be interesting to see if Tectone changes his style or continues in the same vein when the ban ends. His situation has also sparked a larger discussion about platform rules and how much freedom creators should have when producing content online.
