Shreveport Mayor Tom Arsenault also addressed the media at a news conference and said the community is grieving. “This is a tragic incident, perhaps the most tragic situation we have ever encountered in Shreveport,” he said. “At this point, we’re going to be processing this information and it’s in very capable hands.”
5. Authorities reported there were three linked shooting locations. The first incident occurred on West 79th Street and the second on Harrison Street, both in Shreveport, Louisiana. According to FOX19 NOW, the third incident occurred on Brompton Lane in Bossier Parish, Louisiana.

Meanwhile, Tom Arceneaux, the mayor of the northwest Louisiana city, said, “This is a tragic situation — maybe the worst we’ve ever experienced.”
