He also sought a detailed investigation into what he called “coordinated domestic or foreign campaigns” aimed at fomenting caste conflicts by promoting targeted hatred against Brahmins.“The government must set up a high-level truth and justice commission to investigate and acknowledge the 1948 Maharashtra Brahmin genocide and the 1990 Kashmir Pandit genocide and recommend measures to provide rehabilitation, economic and educational support to the survivors and their descendants,” Balaji said in the petition. He also sought directions to disqualify any civil servant or constitutional officer found to have made caste-based hate speech against Brahmins.
