These benefits cover a variety of industries, including retail, transportation, restaurants, hospitality, healthcare and entertainment. Details of participating entities are available through the Nusuk platform. The ministry said the initiative aims to make services more accessible and improve pilgrims’ comfort while improving the overall standard of services provided during Hajj and Umrah.Officials also highlighted the chamber’s role in supporting the program, describing it as a link between the ministry and the private sector to help more businesses participate in the program. In addition to offering discounts, the Nusukka remains an important document for pilgrims, allowing them access to the Holy Land and ensuring a smoother process throughout the pilgrimage. The ministry stressed that the card must be carried at all times during the Hajj. The initiative reflects ongoing efforts to improve facilities and services for pilgrims, integrating identification, access and fringe benefits into one system.
