• FMPD, with the assistance of ICE, later located Joachim on Mango Street in Fort Myers. He was charged with second-degree murder and criminal damage to property, according to Lee County Sheriff’s Office jail records.
• ICE has taken Joachim into custody. Regardless of the outcome of the case, he will be deported.
