Some local residents reported the police presence on social media.
One person wrote: “This was supposed to be a two-day School of Rock event this weekend and tomorrow. Praying for all the victims.”
Another added: “I have been praying since those sirens woke me up and I spoke to a police officer to find out what happened.”
A third wrote: “Check your people. Multiple people shooting at Riverside scene.”
