Rhonda Lee: Video of Michigan nurse ‘threatening Trump’ with ‘knife’ attack sparks outrage, calls for arrest

In the video, which was circulated by the Right Angle News Network on social media platform X, the person, Rhonda Lee, can be heard expressing angry emotions towards an unidentified man. She said, “God please kill this man” and “Fuck that guy. He needs to fucking die.” However, Trump was not explicitly mentioned by name in the video.

Towards the end of the recording, Lee mentioned that she might be planning to travel to Washington, D.C., armed with a knife to confront the president. “I’ve never been a violent person, but I’m about to drive down there with my fucking neck knife and put a smiley face on his fucking neck,” she said.

The shocking video comes amid heightened concerns about Trump’s safety. There have been a number of threats and attacks related to the US president in recent months, including a shooting near the White House and another at an event related to the White House Correspondents’ Association.

Lee has worked as a registered nurse at the University of Michigan Medical Center since 2000, according to a screenshot of her LinkedIn profile circulating online.

“This is a combination of evil and mental illness. I’m tired of the vitriol and violence promoted by people like this.
