The Cartier brooch worn later in the visit is considered a historic piece associated with Queen Elizabeth II and was originally given to her in 1957, according to People magazine.
Camilla previously gave Melania a handbag designed by Anya Hindmarch and a silver enamel bowl created by artist Cara Murphy.
