It is unclear what speech the prime minister is expected to deliver.The speech came a day after the BJP-led government suffered a major setback in the Lok Sabha when a constitutional amendment related to the women’s reservation policy failed to pass. The proposed legislation, related to enforcing women’s reservation through delimitation, which required a two-thirds majority, failed to pass after a long and heated debate.
