New Delhi: A Pakistani terrorist was killed in a joint operation by the Army and Jammu and Kashmir police in Bukhhar area of Uri state, officials told news agency ANI on Sunday.According to the Army, the operation was launched on the night of March 14-15 after the J&K Police provided specific intelligence about a possible infiltration attempt in the area.“Based on specific intelligence regarding infiltration attempts provided by the J&K police, a joint operation was launched in the Bukhhar area of Uri state on the night of March 14-15,” the Army said in a statement.Troops deployed in the area noticed suspicious activity in the bush and redeployed the ambush to intercept the suspects.
