Olivia Henderson, 23, was indicted by an Oswego County grand jury and is due in court on May 1. She has pleaded not guilty through her lawyer and the case is expected to continue in the coming weeks.

Authorities said the incident stemmed from a video recorded during a delivery that quickly circulated online. Here are five key things you need to know about this case:

1. Indicted after grand jury review

Henderson has been formally indicted after a grand jury review, allowing the charges against her to move forward in court. She appeared in court in December last year, and a video of her court appearance went viral.

2. Video allegedly shot through a customer’s door

According to reports, the core of the case is Tik Tok The video was allegedly recorded through the customer’s front door. The video reportedly shows a man lying naked on a couch at home.

The video was later shared publicly and viewed by thousands, bringing the incident into the spotlight.

3. Accused of invasion of privacy

Court documents cited by NewsChannel 9 say Henderson recorded the person’s “intimate parts” without his knowledge or consent when he had a “reasonable expectation of privacy.” Investigators said the act effectively humiliated the man by exposing him online.

4. Filed a complaint but was subsequently arrested

Henderson initially filed a report with police claiming the incident constituted sexual harassment of her. Instead, authorities arrested her, accusing her of inappropriate behavior while recording and sharing the video.

She denies the charges and remains in custody as legal proceedings continue.

5. The next hearing is scheduled for June

Henderson did not respond to reporters outside the court following his latest court appearance. She is scheduled to return to court in June, where the case will be heard further.
