New Delhi: Nida Khan, an accused in the Nashik TCS case, has been detained by Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in Maharashtra, police said on Thursday.Khan is wanted for alleged sexual harassment and forced conversion at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).The court had earlier rejected her anticipatory bail. According to the FIR, Khan advised female employees to “dress and behave in accordance with Islamic traditions.” She sought pre-arrest bail on grounds of pregnancy.Nashik police said Khan was arrested by Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar police as part of the ongoing investigation into the case, news agency ANI reported. “Nida Khan, one of the accused in the Nashik TCS case, has been detained by Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Further legal action is on,” Nashik police said in a statement.Officials have not released further details about the charges against Khan or the circumstances of his arrest.The police said further legal proceedings and investigations into the case are currently underway.
