Nancy Guthrie’s neighbors have revealed she saw a “strange man” walking in their neighborhood three weeks before the Today show host. Savannah Guthrie’s The 84-year-old mother disappeared. Aldine Meister, a woman who has lived in the Catalina Foothills for nearly 30 years, shared details of the suspicious sighting, which she said “freaked her out.”
During a March 9 appearance on “The Brian Entine Investigations,” Aldean said that around January 11, she saw a young man walking down her street through her bathroom window.
“I saw him outside,” she said, showing Brian the view out the window. “So I couldn’t see his face clearly, even though his hat was hanging low. He was walking down the road and I saw him and I thought ‘Oh, that guy doesn’t fit in.'”

“He was a little hunched over and had no walking or hiking equipment. He was wearing street clothes,” she added. “So I thought it was weird because it wasn’t normal.”
Aldean explained that as the man walked down the street in the direction of Nancy’s house, he “walked very slowly” and “looked for a really long time.”
She added, “It scared me, and I’m not one of those people who’s super scared about it, but I was like, ‘This is weird.'”
At the time, Aldine was just holding her husband and mother talking about the sighting. However, after Nancy disappeared, she alerted the authorities about the suspicious man.
Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos He had previously said he believed Nancy was being held there. “I don’t know why. I don’t have any proof of it, but I just believe she’s out there somewhere,” Nanos told the BBC on February 18.
Nanos further said Nancy’s family is “100 percent” cooperating with the investigation.

Nancy’s family, including Anne Guthrie’s husband Tommaso ScioniPolice said they have ruled out any suspicion in the search for the missing woman. However, the suspect’s name has yet to be revealed.
Nanos also said the investigation is “constantly expanding.” “As far as leads, jobs and getting out there, I would say, yes, it’s growing,” the chief said.
