Nancy Guthrie update: Pima County deputy arrested on kidnapping charges during manhunt for suspect

More than a month has passed since the case, and no suspects have been found. Guthrie has not yet been discovered, FBI Join PCSD to help resolve this matter. Among them, the news of Reynolds’ arrest sparked heated discussion given that his department was handling the high-profile Guthrie case.

Local reporters also shared a copy of the interim complaint filed against Reynolds.

Reynolds’ case stems from an allegation that he locked a woman in a PCSD vehicle and then took her to the Pima County Jail. The 22-year-old is being held on $200,000 bail. PCSD also fired Reynolds after the Tucson Police Department arrested him.

On March 19, Reynolds was transporting a woman whom KVOA described as “sexy” and “milf.” Report. Once they arrived at the jail, Reynolds reportedly approached the vehicle from the victim’s side. Then he moved her hands from behind her to in front of her.

Reynolds then allegedly entered the vehicle and shared a vape pen while talking to the woman, the report states. He also allegedly offered to help her with her case and suggested they could go to a hotel and have sex. The former deputy also reportedly showed the woman multiple videos of a man engaging in sexual activity, who the victim noted appeared to be Reynolds. When the woman got out of the car, she was allegedly asked to lift up her shirt.
