Last month, the couple issued a strong warning. Jonathan Lee Riches, related to true crime Youtube JLR Investigative Channel shared a photo on X. This photo shows a sign in front of Anne and Tommaso’s home in Tucson, Arizona. The sign is white with red text and warns: “No Trespassing. Violators will be prosecuted under ARS 13-1502-A1. Private Property.”
During this time, new allegations emerged about financial discussions between Sione, his wife and Nancy.

Anne Guthrie and her spouse Tommaso Scioni Nancy Guthrie allegedly approached her for a loan before she disappeared. Jonathan Lee Riches made the claim public on X (formerly Twitter). It should be noted that Jaguar Land Rover did not disclose its source, and the media and HT.com were unable to verify the accuracy of this statement. However, Jaguar Land Rover’s comprehensive coverage of every development related to Nancy’s case led his followers to accept the unsubstantiated loan claims, which many believed had merit.
In subsequent tweets, Jaguar Land Rover claimed Nancy refused Anne and her husband Tommaso’s purported loan request. Investigators claim to have received this information from a source familiar with the loan discussions.
However, he did not elaborate on when or why Nancy withheld financial aid from her daughter and son-in-law. HT.com has not been able to independently verify the authenticity of this claim.
Despite the lack of verification, this information was enough to spark a slew of fan theories suggesting that Annie and Tommaso were unhappy and trying to retaliate against Nancy for her actions. JLR’s post on X states, “Nancy Guthrie told them no! She wasn’t going to give them the money. So someone told me.”
His post received more than 16,700 views, with one person responding: “I know the family is involved and it was all about money. It’s so sad that you would do something like this to your own mom for money. This is indeed the source of evil for poor, lovely Nancy.”
Another claimed: “I think this was all planned and implemented by A&T and Savannah is stupid enough to believe it.”
“I said I didn’t believe you because you didn’t say where you got your information from,” another commented.
Reporter at News Nation Ashley Banfield Said on her podcast that Tommaso Cioni is the “prime suspect,” citing unconfirmed sources from law enforcement. Anne and Sione are facing intense scrutiny because they were among the last people to see Nancy before she disappeared from her Tucson residence on January 31, 2026. According to reports, Tommaso drove Nancy home after a family dinner on Saturday night, Eastern time, and confirmed that she was safe at home around 9:30 p.m. It should be noted that officials have not identified Anne or Tomasso as suspects in this case.
