Lorna Hajdini row: Joe Rogan drops explosive claim, calls JPMorgan accuser’s claims ‘false’

podcast Joe Rogan shared his thoughts on the controversies surrounding Lorna Hajdini He appears to be squarely on the side of J.P. Morgan executives. He dropped his explosive claim that the lawsuit against her was “bogus.”

Hajdini accused of sexually harassing a woman junior male employee According to the Daily Mail, this is an explosive lawsuit. The lawsuit also involves JPMorgan Chase. However, as the matter began to receive more attention, the New York Post publicly identified the plaintiff who chose to use “Jane Doe” in the complaint. We have chosen not to name the plaintiffs at this time. The publication also reported that the lawsuit had been withdrawn for correction.

However, news of the retraction led many to believe that the accuser’s accusations against Al-Hajdini were false. It’s worth noting that this is not unfounded, as reports suggest that Al-Hajdini was well-liked by his peers, but the same cannot be said for the alleged victim. In addition, the report noted that Hajdini was not the victim’s boss, and she could not have used her position at the company to provide sexual favors for promotions, as the lawsuit originally alleged.

Additionally, a JPMorgan spokesperson told the Daily Mail that an internal investigation found the plaintiff’s claims to be baseless, adding that while Al-Hajdini cooperated with the investigation, the plaintiff did not. Representatives for Al-Hajdini also denied any wrongdoing on her part.

Here’s what Joe Rogan had to say as he weighed in on the matter.

Joe Rogan feuds with Lorna Hajdini

Rogan blasted the lawsuit against Al-Hajdini as “bogus,” adding that the lurid accusations sounded like the work of “the hungriest guy who ever lived.” Allegations made in the original lawsuit included accusations that Hajdini forcibly performed oral sex on the male staff member and that she sat on his face.

Rogan said on his podcast: “It turns out that this woman… this is a scam. It’s false. This woman forced the guy to sleep with her at JPMorgan Chase. That’s not true. He just claimed she said all these things.”

His guest, comedian Shane Gillis, seemed to agree that the outfit had a fantasy feel. Rogan further said that if a man made such remarks about a woman, he would be “fired” and “disgraced.” Gillis recommended a prison sentence for anyone who knowingly files a false lawsuit.

Meanwhile, attorneys for the plaintiffs told The Washington Post, “A motion was filed today asking for an order allowing my client, John Doe, to proceed. The documents are accompanied by corroborating evidence of his claims. And there’s more. Every deal, he reported to a ton of (sic) different managers who were responsible for that deal. He reported to Hajdini (sic). Write whatever you want and then get embarrassed.”

While the matter may still go to trial, people on social media are clearly taking sides. Many people, including women, pointed out the language in the complaint and claimed that no woman spoke in this way. Others have sought to raise alarm about the situation, viewing it through the lens of the damage that would be done to Al-Hajdini if the accusations were proven false. Neither Jane Doe nor Al-Hajdini has spoken directly since the Daily Mail report broke.

The plaintiff earlier claimed he was poorly viewed when he tried to leave his job at JPMorgan Chase because he accused the firm of condoning Hajdini’s behavior. However, a company spokesperson dismissed the allegations and records show that the accuser, whom we chose not to name, is employed elsewhere.
