The complaint details multiple instances of unwanted physical contact, explicit provocations and threats directed at his career advancement. He claimed Al-Hajdini warned him that his career future would be in jeopardy if he did not comply with her demands.
One of the most serious accusations was a sexual assault allegation, with Doe claiming that Al-Hajdini forcibly participated in a sexual act against his will. The lawsuit also alleges that she injected him with Rohypnol, commonly known as “roofies,” in addition to other substances, allegedly to continue abusing him. Additionally, the indictment outlines a series of racial slurs and derogatory comments targeting Doe’s race and family background.
According to the Daily Mail, Doe claimed that Hajdini invited him for a drink, but he refused. She then allegedly said: “If you don’t fuck me soon, I’m going to destroy you and never forget, I fucking own you.” In another incident, the victim claimed Al-Hajdini asked for a blowjob in the workplace: “Blowjob for a brown boy’s birthday? My little brown boy.”
Doe noted that he had consistently rejected her overtures, but the lawsuit says Hajdini warned him of the potential career repercussions and said he needed to start “pleasing” her if he aspired to be promoted to executive director.
A JPMorgan representative denied the allegations in a statement, claiming: “After investigation, we have determined that these allegations have no merit.” The bank further noted that the complainant “refused to participate” and failed to provide important supporting documentation, Latestly reported.
Jane Doe’s attorney, Daniel J. Kaiser, noted that his client has been “personally and professionally devastated” and has been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder. In addition to punitive damages and internal changes, the lawsuit seeks damages for emotional distress, lost wages and reputational damage.
