Lorna Hajdini JPMorgan Chase Chief executive accused of taking advantage of power sexual harassment One report cited the lawsuit alleging the abuse of a junior male employee. Hajdini is accused of drugging the employee, subjecting him to racial abuse and threatening his career when he rejected her advances.
She was also accused of forcing married people banker The Daily Mail said she engaged in “non-consensual and humiliating sexual behavior” for months despite his pleas for her to stop. reportciting the lawsuit.
The banker further claimed that Hajdini admitted to drugging him with “roofies” (date rape drugs) on multiple occasions. The report further outlines that during one encounter, she allegedly scolded him because he cried while she performed sex acts on him against his will.
John Doe, a plaintiff in the lawsuit, claims the abuse began almost immediately after Hajdini and he began working together in the spring of 2024. According to Doe, in early May 2024, Hajdini dropped the pen next to his desk and, while bending to pick it up, rubbed his leg and squeezed his calf.
“Oh, you played basketball in college? … I love basketball players … they make me wet,” she allegedly said, according to the complainant. Doe claims these developments will only become clearer as a result. At one point, when she invited him for a drink and he declined, Al-Hajdini allegedly said “If you don’t fuck me soon, I’m going to destroy you… and never forget, I fucking own you,” the complaint adds.
The man also claimed that Al-Hajdini propositioned him for oral sex on two occasions. “Birthday for a brown boy? My little brown boy,” he accused the executive of saying. He also accused Hajdini of threatening professional revenge against him.
“You need to earn it, my little Arab boy toy,” she allegedly said of his promotion. Doe claimed that while she was saying this, she also saw Hajdini groping his groin under the table and spitting on her hands before placing them on his neck and head. Doe claims these quickly turned into outright sexual assault.
In the summer of 2024, Hajdini allegedly showed up where she knew Jane Doe would be. “Do you want to be promoted at the end of the year? Do you want a future at JPMorgan? It’s that simple. I don’t know why you’re against this,” she is accused of saying, according to the lawsuit.
Al-Hajdini is also accused of hurling racial slurs at Doe’s wife during sex. Doe also claimed that Al-Hajdini forcibly performed oral sex on him. When he started crying, she scolded him for his inability to get an erection, the complaint outlines. She also allegedly asked Doe to perform oral sex on her.
“Fearing that Ms. Hajdini would follow through on her threat to retaliate against him, [Doe]She reportedly complied with her request after feeling embarrassed and humiliated, the lawsuit alleges.
According to Doe, he was attacked again later this month when Al-Hajdini again berated him for not sustaining sexual arousal and allegedly made another racist comment about his genitals.
The complaint further states that in September 2024, Al-Hajdini threatened him again and berated him for his professional performance if he did not have sex with her. “I fucking own you! I’m going to make you pay… Do you think you can stay in good standing without me by your side? Do you really think [management]…Want some origins of Brown Boy Indian leadership? … If you don’t screw with my brain tonight, I’m going to destroy your promotion,” she allegedly said.
The DOE also accused JPMorgan of condoning her conduct. A spokesperson for the company refuted the allegations and said: “After investigation, we believe that these allegations have no basis.” Although many employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainants refused to participate and refused to provide core facts to support their allegations.
