An OnlyFans spokesperson said: “It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Leo Radvinsky. Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer.”

Under his leadership, OnlyFans has grown into an adult content-led business with more than 300 million users and more than $1 billion in annual revenue. The platform is known for its subscription-based model, which takes 20% of creators’ revenue.

The company’s rapid rise accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic, when global lockdowns led to a surge in online content consumption.

Questions about future ownership

Radwinski’s death creates uncertainty about the future ownership of OnlyFans. Since 2024, his stake in Fenix International has been held by the LR Fenix Trust.

Forbes estimated his net worth at the time of his death was approximately $4.7 billion.

Earlier this year, reports surfaced that OnlyFans was considering selling a majority stake to investment firm Architect Capital, a deal that could value the company at around $5.5 billion, including debt.

AIPAC donation

Meanwhile, social media users shared reports that Radwinsky donated $11 million to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). “OMG. The billionaire owner of OnlyFans has died at the age of 43. Leonid Radvinsky was a huge donor to the pro-Israel lobby,” one user wrote on the X (formerly Twitter) platform.

Last year, The Lever reported that Radvinsky and his wife had pledged $11 million to the pro-Israel committee, citing an internal donor list. The report further adds that the money was received from “Mr. Anonymous” and Katie Chudnovsky, the largest listed donation.

Born in Ukraine and raised in Chicago, Radvinsky built his wealth through digital ventures and investments. In addition to OnlyFans, he founded Leo, a venture capital firm in 2009 that focuses on technology startups.
