Robinson was charged Sept. 16 with aggravated murder, discharging a firearm causing serious bodily injury and obstruction of justice (weapons), obstruction of justice (clothing), witness tampering (text messages), witness tampering (silencing) and committing a violent crime in the presence of a child.
